Agenda: Identify the traffic & car parking problems to find suitable solutions.

1- Using an idea of first come first served.

2-Opportunity for investments

3-Long term solution.

By going through the items of the agenda we will establish not just possible solutions but solutions which we feel will be viable.  We will discuss how we are going to solve the issue theoretically and practically by introducing ideas such as using the idea of first come first serve. By the conclusion of this meeting, we should have in place sufficient agreed proposals to make recommendations.

The problem:

v  Mr. Abdulrahman received many complains regarding the car parking listed as follows:

·        Both morning and afternoon students complained of lack space.

·        Many students raised the issue of incorrect parking.

·        One of the afternoon students complained with regard to blocking the entrance by some careless drivers.

v  Solutions:

·        Divided into 2 solutions:

A.      Short term and fast action.

§  Fast, easy and NO cost.

-                      Clarified by first come first served. The earliest you come the better parking spot you get. The later you come the harder it is to find a parking space.

-                      A daily appearance of a policepetrol to enforce the traffic regulations and to implement the traffic rules or they also can fine the offenders.

B.      Long term business opportunity:

1.      Rent half of the parking area to a valet parking company for either monthly or annual rent.

2.      Building a malty floors parking building by two options:

-                      Ministry of High Education as sponsor by increasing the budget.

-                      Students as shareholders of the project with annual bonus.

v  Recommendations:

1-                 A letter with the proposal to the Ministry of Higher Education to sponsor the parking building or to approve the shareholding idea.

2-                 In case of rejection from the Ministry of Higher Education a new meeting will be held on 2-4-2013 to discuss the status.

REALLY FUNNY JOKES

THE BIGGEST LIE

Two boys were arguing when the teacher entered the room.
The teacher says, “Why are you arguing?”
One boy answers, “We found a ten dollor bill and decided to give it to whoever tells the biggest lie.”
“You should be ashamed of yourselves,” said the teacher, “When I was your age I didn’t even know what a lie was.”
The boys gave the ten dollars to the teacher.

He answered tactfully and told him about his background and interest. He answered by informing him that he was graduating from France with diploma grade in mechanical engineering. The next question was about his education, but the hardest one was when Hamdan asked him, Why should we hire you? He had an attractive body language

Ahmed scored very well with a tone which was not too low or too high. Hamdan and Mohamed were asking like a mini gun firing in battle, but Mr. Ahmed was answering with confidence.questions like a mini gun firing in battle, but Mr. Ahmed was answering with confidence.
